About
Meet Beau
I spent years gripping life tightly — performing, achieving, holding it all together. That path led me into addiction, and recovery gave me a second act.
Through deep spiritual study and a master's in Spiritual Psychology, I found my way back — not to another performance, but to something real.
Then I remembered what joy felt like.
That's what Lighten Up is about. Dropping the roles, laughing at the ego, and living from the lightness that's already here.
